8 Tips for Staying Active in the Winter

Here are my 8 tips for how I stay active in the cold wintry months when I might be lacking the motivation to move my body. If you want to increase your activity in the winter but are finding it hard to motivate yourself, try out these 8 strategies to get you moving!

It can be hard to find the intrinsic motivation to workout, get outside, or just be active around the house especially in the cold winter months. 

Trust me, I know!

But we also know how very important it is to reach our daily activity goal. If we want to feel our best we need movement throughout the day. This is especially true if we're seated at a desk all day and have sedentary lifestyles. 

I share my 8 tips for staying active in the winter. These tips are also relevant during the other months of the year, too so be sure to give them a try.

Hopefully, these help motivate you and get you moving. 

We're aiming to build the habit of wanting to move so much so that is becomes second nature and we don't even have to think about it!
