In Vlogmas #15 I share how I began my fasting journey. I do time-restricted eating (TRE) aka time-restricted feeding (TRF) of 16:8 or 18:6, commonly confused with intermittent fasting. I also do prolonged fasts (water fasts) a few times a year. Learn how the ketogenic (bulletproof) diet got me hooked on fasting.
