3 Ways I'm Enhancing EPIC Programs with Caroline Girvan

As you know I'm doing EPIC II with Caroline Girvan after loving EPIC I. I share my tips for enhancing the fitness program of your choice. EPIC is a 10 week fitness and workout program. For those of you doing EPIC I & EPIC II, I hope that these small changes will help improve your performance and boost results!

I am a big proponent of training. I love to exercise regularly and I love pushing my limits with my workouts.

As many of you know, I am a fan of Caroline Girvan's strength and agility training programs. Check Caroline Girvan out here if you're interested in her EPIC programs. 

And while exercise is fantastic and something we definitely need, it is not enough.

Meaning, if you're exercising 5 times a week, but are perpetually sleep-deprived and fueling yourself with unhealthy foods, then you're doing your body a great disservice.

Using a holistic approach to health and fitness, I'm sharing three ways I enhance my training sessions, which are currently Caroline Girvan's EPIC programs (EPIC I completed, now in the midst of EPIC II). Regardless of which fitness and workout program you are doing, these three things should help you catapult your health and fitness into the next level.
