When we're looking to build strength and advance to a more difficult strength training program, we must look at the three pillars of fitness.
In some ways, we're going back to the basics.
The three pillars of fitness are:
- strength
- mobility (flexibility and agility)
- form
Any physical activity you do requires all three.
In this video, I share the importance of these three pillars of fitness, how they help us level up our training, and why we need all three, in synchrony.
We talk about proper form and how you know what it looks and feels like. And why it might be time to have a mirror handy during your training sessions.
I also share resources I've used (and still use) to help me condition my muscles and improve my strength, mobility, and form.
