- Do TRF
- Prioritize sleep (8 hours)
- Do strength training
- Don’t fixate on specific body parts (no hang ups)
- Figure out what makes you happy and do more of that
- Try to minimize your evaluation fear (should've continued doing youtube then)
- Primary sources for information (not tertiary sources) there’s so much out there and credible sources are important
