Here's what fitness and health advice I'd give to my 20 year old self. Hope you enjoy this sit-down talk about health and fitness for longevity! Just a few life lessons to my 20 year old self. It's a health and fitness letter to 20 year old MD.

I go into greater depth in the video, but here are the points we discuss:

  • Do TRF
  • Prioritize sleep (8 hours)
  • Do strength training
  • Don’t fixate on specific body parts (no hang ups)
  • Figure out what makes you happy and do more of that
  • Try to minimize your evaluation fear (should've continued doing youtube then)
  • Primary sources for information (not tertiary sources) there’s so much out there and credible sources are important
