Christmas Eve always tends to be busy with gift wrapping and food prep. I'm happy that in the middle of all the fun Christmas preparations, I managed to squeeze in a winter walk and a fun cardio session with my favorite personal trainer, Caroline Girvan.

Our Christmas dinner this year was lamb rack, potatos anna “pommes anna” and lot and lots of greens: broccoli rabe and broccoli! To top it all off we had an amazing chocolate molasses ginger cake! Yummy.
